  3. Add the roasted millet to the coconut water and on high heat first for a min and on low heat for 25-30 mins cook the millet. Cover and cook
  4. Use a fork to stir it. Add chopped basil leaves and lime juice to it.
  5. Toast the shredded coconut meat on a saucepan and add to the coconut millet
  6. Use a fork to stir once again and plate it
