The ingredients needed to make Salmon Pesto:
  1. Take Grease proof paper approx 35cm X 70cm for each serving
  2. Make ready Salt and pepper pinch over each serving
  3. Take Trimmed green beans 1 handful per person
  4. Get Olive oil drizzle per person
  5. Take Salmon with skin taken off 1 per person
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Pesto per person
  7. Prepare Baby tomatoes halved approx 8 per person
Instructions to make Salmon Pesto:
  1. Place handful of trimmed beans onto grease proof paper do this for each person add olive oil, salt and pepper
  2. Place skinless salmon nice side up on top of the green beans
  3. Use one tablespoon of pesto per portion to cover fish and place halved tomatoes on top and around sides
  4. Fold grease proof paper over fish and make a parcel and place on baking tray. Cook in oven at 180oC for 20 to 25 mins
  5. Undo parcel and serve and enjoy. We had sauteed potatoes with ours.
