- Get ½ Kilogram Beef with Bone
- Prepare ¾ Kilogram Tapioca

- Prepare 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

- Cut tapioca into small pieces, Clean well. Cook in boiling water. Cook til its almost done. Add salt and strain water. Keep tapioca aside
- Cook beef with shallots, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander Powder and salt in a pressure cooker without adding water. Cook in High flames for 3 whistles.
- Grind coconut with green Chili, 1/2 spoon Coriander powder. and salt.
- Mix tapioca with beef, coconut paste and mix well. Add garam masaala and curry leaves. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes. Pour coconut oil.
- Serve hot with Lemon Pickle
