  24. Take 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

  29. Take 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  30. Take 3/4 cup boiling water
  31. Prepare 1 .teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions to make Moo -"Shu Pork:
  1. Cut pork into thin strips

  7. Add slaw, broth mixture and pepper to taste, cook quickly on high, stirring until liquid is almost gone. Turn off heat and add reserved egg strips, cooked pork and green pen onions.
  8. Turn out onto serving dish
  9. Make Manderin Sauce
  10. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine
  11. Make Manderin Pancakes, They should be made before the Moo Shu Pork so they will be ready
  12. In a bowl mix flour, water, sugar and asian seasoning until a shaggy dogh forms
  13. Turn out onto flouted surface and kneed until smooth, about 3 minutes
  14. Roll into a 12 inch log, cover with plastic wrap and let sit 5 minutrs
  15. Cut into 12 slices
  16. Roll each slice into about an 8 inche thin circle
  17. Brush one side of each circle lightly with seasame oi
  18. Sandwich 2 pancakes together with seasame oil sides inside. The outside will be dry
  19. Spray a 9 inch skillet with non stick spray and heat to medium high. Add 1 pair of pancakes cooking just until each side is dry, and a spotty goldem. Remove from skillet, carefully peel them apart while hot and stack between parchment paper
  20. Continue with remaining panncakes
  21. To serve
  22. Have everyone take a pancake, add a thin layer of Manderin Sauce on pancake
  23. Add some Mu Shu Pork
  24. Fold over and eat!
