- Get 1 pinch Saffron Strands
- Prepare 4 tbsp Milk
Steps to make Veg Biryani:
- Cook the rice and keep aside.It should not be cooked much and must be coarse.
- Take Peas,Carrot,Fresh Green Beans and boil these ingredients.
- Now take 1 pan and heat the Ghee.Add chopped onion and fry it.Fry also the Cashew Nuts and Sultana.Keep this aside
- Now in the Remaining ghee add Mixed Spices and add 1 chopped onion to this ghee.Stir fry it and then add 1 chopped Capsicum and boiled peas carrot and green beans.Stir fry everything.Now add some Salt,red chilli powder and Biryani Masala and Fresh Cream.
- Mix this nicely.
- Now add some cashew nuts and Sultana.
- Now dissolve the saffron in about 3-4 tbsp milk.
- Now take one handi and put some gravy down and put a layer of rice and sprinkle some of the Saffron and keep on doing this till all the layers are completed.
- Now add the other fried onions and add some cashew nuts and Sultana on top of the rice and cover the lid and cook on a slow flame for 5-10 minutes.
- Now your Yummy Biryani is ready.
