  5. Add cheese and cream and mix well until uniform. Then add salt, black pepper and dried red chilli flakes to taste.
  6. Plate up and garnish with finely grated cheese!

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the spinach and continue to cook until just wilted. Stir through the cream cheese, lemon zest juice and, and some black pepper. Boil two liters of water with salt. Add the spinach and basil leaves to the water and allow them to soften and turn more green in color.
