- Get 400 gms seedless khajur (dates)
- Take 4 tbsp ghee
- Get 2 tbsp poppy seeds (khus khus)

- Make ready 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Steps to make Khajur Rolls:
- Dry roast the poppy seeds & keep aside.
- Grind the dates into a coarse mixture, keep aside
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the chopped nuts for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Transfer the nuts on a plate.
- Add the remaining ghee in a pan,heat it and add the dates mixture cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 mins
- When the dates mixture becomes soft add the nuts mix well
- Add poppy seeds and cardamom powder mix well.
- Cook till it forms like a lumpy dough.
- Transfer to a plate and let it cool. You can make ladoos of this. I have made rolls
- Take all the mixture in one place,roll it into a big roll. Roll it gently.
- Wrap it in an aluminium foil and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into slices.
