Date Syrup is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Date Syrup is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook date syrup using 3 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Date Syrup:
  1. Get 400 gms - Seedless Dates
  2. Make ready 5 cups - Water
  3. Take as required Muslin cloth
Steps to make Date Syrup:
  1. Soak approximately 400 grams of seedless dates in warm water for 2-3hours
  2. Now in a heavy bottom pot put soaked dates with water and boil it for 30-40 mins on medium to low falme.
  3. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down.
  4. With the help of a cheese cloth filter the fluids of dates mixture in another vessel.
  5. Add some more water and repeat the filteration process.
  6. You will get a beautiful Brown coloured liquid.
  7. Now again transfer the contents in the heavy bottom pot and start boiling it on medium to low flame unless you get a thick honey like consistency. Keep stirring it in between and avoid high flame as it may give a burnt bitter taste to your syrup.
  8. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down. Transfer the contents in a glass jar and can be preserved in refrigerator for further use. - Thanks a lot.
