The ingredients needed to make Jack's Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese:
- Get 1 onion, chopped
- Prepare 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Get 300 g (meatless farm co) vegan mince
- Get 1 pepper, finely chopped
- Get 1 courgette, finely chopped
- Take 1/2 pack mushrooms, finely chopped
- Prepare 1-2 cans tinned tomatoes
- Take Thyme
- Get Mixed herbs
- Get Spaghetti
Instructions to make Jack's Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese:
- Fry the onion and garlic in oil on medium heat for 5 mins, then add the vegan mince. Cook for a further 10 mins, stirring often, whilst you chop the remaining vegetables. If mince starts to stick then add some hot water
- Add in the pepper, courgette and mushrooms and cook for another 5-10 mins, stirring often.
- Pour in the tinned tomatoes, and season with mixed herbs and thyme. Cover with a lid then turn the heat down to low.
- Boil the spaghetti for 10mins whilst the bolognese cooks, then drain and serve with the bolognese sauce
- Store the remaining bolognese in tubs for the fridge/freezer
