  1. Wash & soak the toor dal.keep it in a pressure cooker.add salt,chilli powder,water, lid it,put it on the flame for 8 miniutes.
  2. After 8 miniutes remove it from the flame.mix it well.
  3. Take a peice of coal burn it on the flame.put it in a small bowl,add 1 tsp ghee,keep it in the prepared Dal for smoking2 miniutes.add crushed cloves & cardomam,mix it,add Green chilli,mint leaves.
  4. Add milk,curd,let it boil 1 miniute,add cream mix it.
  5. For tempring hot a small Pan,add ghee,let it hot,add çumin seeds,garlic let it brown.put it in the boiled Dal,led it 2 miniutes.serve it in a bowl.garnish it with cream & mint leaves.
