  3. Once lamb is browned stir in tomato purée and Worcestershire sauce and fry for a few minutes
  4. Add 2 beef stock cubes to 500ml boiling water and add this to the pan
  5. Bring to the boil, then turn down the heat and simmer gently for 40 minutes
  6. Peel the potatoes and slice into small chunks and place into a saucepan
  7. Cover them with boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes
  8. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. When potatoes are soft, add milk and butter and mash them until creamy
  9. Place lamb mixture into ovenproof dish
  10. Place mash potato on top of the mixture and use a fork to spread evenly
  11. Bake for 20 minutes
