My recipe was inspired by that yaki udon version, only I replaced the mirin with Japanese sake and sugar to mimic the taste of mirin.   2. Tenderize steak and slice then dredge in flour
  3. Stir fry beef quickly then remove to a plate
  4. Stir fry veg (put some salt to draw out the water)
  5. Add soy & mirin sauces and stir fry for a few minutes, then returning beef to wok
  6. Add Frozen udon & water and wait for a few minutes, then adding cooking wine to stir frying udon
  7. Enjoy it with white sesame seed on the top & must taste it with a bottle of beer 🍻
