- Make ready 2 eggs
- Prepare 2 plain chicken sausages
- Take 2 tbsp olive oil
- Get 1 tsp salt

- Take 1 chicken sausage, cut into half vertically. Take that half sausage and give small cuts leaving the border.

- Take egg separate the egg yolk from the white.
- Next, take a frying pan, add little amount of oil, place the chicken sausage in a pan, now put the egg yolk in the center. Let it cook for few mins. Remove it in a plate. Keep it aside.
- Take egg white and fry for 2 mins, now remove this in another plate. Then place the yolk flower in the center of the egg white.
- Take the other half of the chicken sausage, cut into two parts & give a shape of stem and leaves. Assemble that on the egg as shown in the picture.
- Garnish with salt & pepper. Enjoy your Egg Sunflower. Repeat the process with another egg.
