- Take 100 ml Semiya
- Take 1 cup Milk
- Get 2 tbsp Cornflour
- Prepare 1 cup Fresh cream
- Prepare 4 tbsp Sugar

- Make ready 4 tbsp Sweet condensed milk
- Prepare 1 cup Hot water
In a heavy saucepan, heat milk on medium flame. Milk can be chilled, hot or at room temperature. Once it boils, reduce the heat. Steps to make Semiya milk pudding:
- Heat a pan, add ghee, fry the semiya slightly brown on low heat. Add hot water. Cook it, till water absorbs, then add sweet condensed milk. Stir it 5 min. Remove from heat. Place it in the mould. Keep it in the refrigerator 10min
- Mix cornflour with 2 tbsp water and dissolves it. Heat milk, add cornflour mix, stir it till it becomes thick. Then add sugar. Stir it well till it dissolves. Then remove from heat. Cool it and add whipped cream. Transfer it into the semiya mould. Keep it in the freezer 15min
- Then place it in the refrigerator to set. Unmould it and decorate it with Nutella or chocolate icing.
Once it boils, reduce the heat.
