- Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces and shape into balls and covered with cling wrap and let it about 2 hours. The balls will double in size.
- Place the balls into a baking tray. Now preheat oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Mozzarella Brot is ready.
- If you want, cut the bread and fill Mayonnaise, salad, canned cucumber, and fresh mozzarella and sprinkle pepper and salt and serve.
