  2. Separate the curdled milk in a muslin cloth and Squeeze it gently.
  3. Again dip it in warm liquid whey (separated from curdled milk)for 5 seconds and take it out. Repeat this process for 3 times.
  4. Take the squeezed cheese and put in ice cold water for 5 seconds..Take it out and squeeze it gently. Repeat this process 3 times.
  5. Wrap these squeezed milk in cling wrap. Fold it in candy/ toffee style. Make a knot in the middle. and Freeze it.
