- Wash Sabudana 3-4 times to remove the excess starch.

- Roast peanuts on low flame until the colour of skin changes slightly. Remove the skin and blend them. Don't make it in powdered form.
- In a Pan, add ghee. Once ghee is hot, add Cumin seeds and curry leaves
- Add ginger chilli paste and sauté for a minute.
- Dice the potatoes and add them. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add salt as per taste and crushed peanuts. Cover the lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Now add soaked Sabudana and sugar.
- Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Add handful of coriander leaves and lemon juice.
