The ingredients needed to make Mac & Cheese:
  1. Get 2 hand grab of Macaroni
  2. Get 3 Baby Potatoes
  3. Prepare 3 slice Ham
  4. Get 150 ml Milk
  5. Prepare 150 gm Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Steps to make Mac & Cheese:
  1. Peel off the Potatoes skin and put to boil, also boil Macaroni (separately: 15- 20min), slice the ham into cubes
  2. Take out the macaroni raise with cool water (this to soften the macaroni), take out the potatoes and Mash it.
  3. Middle heat fire: Put the salted butter is the frying pan, pour hams and mashed potatoes into the pan and stir it together
  4. Pour in the Macaroni to mix well (2min), pour in 150ml milk (mix well 2min)
  5. Lower the heat: Add in the shredded cheese bit by bit until the whole pack for 150gm cheese used up, stir until it become sticky (10min) (optional- if way to sticky you may add in milk and stir it again), off the fire and ready to served
  6. Optional: lay the mac & cheese on the baking tray, sprinkle more shredded cheese on the top and bake for 10min (ready to serve)
