  1. Boil all together till dates are mushy
  2. Let it cool down strain the pulp out
  3. Add water to the residue and mix well then strain again
  4. Can repeat process if there is more of pulp
  5. Keep the sauce in a container and freeze it if you do not want to make the juice
  6. For five glasses of juice, take 1 cup of tamarind sauce add little sugar, if required add water with ice cubes and serve can even blend ice cubes with sauce and little water
  7. NB: This sauce can be used for paani puri ras, or popsicles or tamarind chutney
