- मैदा के दो भाग करे उसे बेल लें फिर उसमें जामुन का मिश्रण डाल दें
- फिर दूसरा भाग भी बेल ले इसी भाग को जामुन वाले मिश्रण पर लगा दे
- ओवन को गर्म करे 180* पर 20 से 25 मिनट तक बेक करें
- तैयार पाई को बहार निकाल कर परोसें
