Instructions to make Tamarind ginger juice:
- I wash and rinse the tamarind then i piece's the ginger and add them in a pot then add water and put them on fire.Allow to boil for 5mins
- After boiling.Take it off the fire and allow to cool
- After cooling then put your right hand and mash them very well until you separate the liquid part of the tamarind from it's solid part
- And then sieve.this is the solid part of the tamarind which is not needed
- Add the ice blocks in the bowl you want to prepare the tamarind juice then add the Tamarind you've sieved,Sugar and flavor and give it a mix
- Serve.You can garnish with sugar as i did below

I used fresh ginger but ground ginger works perfectly, the reason I used fresh ginger was. A few of my favorite flavors to combine with tamarind are ginger, soy sauce, garlic, coconut milk, basil and lime juice. When combining the ingredients, taste as you go to familiarize yourself.
