The ingredients needed to make Black Plum Juice:
  1. Make ready 1 cup black plum (jamun)
  2. Take To taste sugar/ jaggery powder
  3. Get 2 cups chilled water
  4. Take 2 tsp lemon juice
  5. Prepare 1 pinch black salt
  6. Make ready 7-8 ice cubes

The first juice is a simple and pure plum juice. Made from nothing but fresh plums and a little bit of lemon (the lemon helps the juice stay fresh for longer). I also include a recipe for an autumn harvest juice (pictured) which includes plums and some seasonal veggies like beets and carrots. Intake Black plum with roasted cumin seed powder and black salt for treating acidity.

Instructions to make Black Plum Juice:
  1. To begin with wash and pat dry the black plums.
  2. Then remove the seeds from the fruit.
  3. Transfer the pulps to a blender jar. Add in sugar/jaggery, ice cubes, water and blend till a smooth texture is formed. Sieve to remove the leftovers, if any.
  4. Adjust lemon juice and black salt at this stage. Add more if necessary.
  5. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
