Instructions to make Plum pulissery:
  1. Wash and slice the plum. In an earthen pot add water,plum, raisins, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
  2. Grind coconut, green chillies, cumin and pepper to a paste. Add this to the boiled plum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the beaten smooth curd and sugar. Mix and cook for few more minutes until little reduced. Make a tadka of mustard, dry red chilli, fenugreek and curry leaves in ghee and pour to the curry. Plum pulissery ready.
