  7. Cook the noodles in boiling water, then drain, rinse under cold water and toss together with the sesame oil (to stop them sticking together)
  8. Mix the miso and tamari together with the kale and ginger in the warm pan you just cooked the noodles in
  9. Mix in the noodles and chopped avocado
  10. Divide the noodles amongst 4 bowls and top with the sweet potatoes
