  6. Grease both hands and take a ball and roll it between palms to form even surface. Flatten the ball and stuff the coconut filling.
  7. Close and seal the ball properly with no cracks and shape like modak. Similarly make all.
  8. Heat the steamer and oil the vessel and place the kozhukatta inside. Steam for 20- 25 mins. once cooled serve.
