- First take a big bowl, add wheat flour, salt, curd and water, mix it well and give it rest for 5 min.
- Now add baking powder in it and mix it well again..now put a non stick tawa on flame when tawa become hot slow the flame and sprinkle water on tawa and spread the mixture on tawa inround shape, pour oil on it.
- Now fry it on tawa on both the sides.and then fold it on tawa and serve it in plate with sambhar.
It is a healthy dish too as we are using wheat flour. In South India, these dosa are also called as Godhuma Dosa or Godumai Dosai. I'm not a big fan of wheat dosa. Usually i make wheat dosa as plain. One day, my mom told, that adding the onions ,chili , curry & coriander leaves make this dosa as delicious.
