- Heat liver in a cooking pan till the water/blood evaporates
- Add oil while stiring then add the diced onions stir for about 2 min then add the garlic, ginger,paprika paste then stir

- Add tomatoes,royco and salt do not stir instead cover it to allow the tomatoes form a paste let it cook for 3min
- Add water as soup let cook for about 3 min then add dhania
- Boil potatoes till soft
- Drain the water leaving a bit
- Put in the lentils then smash while mixing together till they become soft
- On a separated pan fry onions add curry powder and royco cube.
- Pour the golden brown onions on the mukimo
- Serve while hot ππ
