  2. Prepare a batter by adding 1tbs maida and water. The batter shouldn't be very thick or very thin. Dip the tikkis one by one in to the batter then in to the bread crumbs and shallow fry them on a tawa by adding oil.
  3. Prepare a dough using whole wheat, pinch of salt, 1tbs oil. Rest it for 15min. Then take a small portion of the dough, prepare a chapati, need to make lachha paratha peda and prepare lachha paratha.
  4. Take 2tbs of Schezwan sauce and 2tbs of mayo mix them well. Spread the mixture on the paratha. Place one or two tikkis on the paratha.
  5. If you want you can smash the tikkis and sprinkle some chat masala and oregano.
