- Make ready 1 cup beaten rice / Poha (I've used brown beaten rice)
- Get 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
- Make ready 2 tbsp sugar or to taste
- Take 1-2 tbsp ghee
- Get 1-2 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
Make sure that the oil is of right temperature. Fry the remaining chire, drain quickly remove from fire. Fry till they are half cooked and put in the peas and sweet corn, continue till the vegetables are cooked. Keep aside the vegetables and pour in just a dollop of ghee to the wok.

- Heat ghee in a pan and stir fry the beaten rice till they slightly turn brown in colour. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Now add rest of the ingredients and give it a stir. Spoon them into individual bowls and enjoy as an evening snack, tea time snack or as when desired.
- Note - - - Raisins or chopped dates can be added instead of sugar for a healthier version.
Fry till they are half cooked and put in the peas and sweet corn, continue till the vegetables are cooked. Keep aside the vegetables and pour in just a dollop of ghee to the wok. Add the cumin seeds, as the seeds start sputtering, add the vegetables and rice. Rosted Poha or Chire Bhaja or Crispy Fried Beaten Rice. That way you know the rawness is gone.
