- Prepare Chicken
- Take 1/3 kg chicken (boneless cut in small cubes)
- Make ready 1 Tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp salt
- Take 1 Tsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1 Tbsp chilli sauce
- Make ready 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- Get 1 Tsp white vinegar

Steps to make Mini Pizzas:
- Sieve flour in a bowl 2-3 times.Add in sugar,yeast,1/2 Tsp oregano 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes. Mix well

- Boil the tomatoes for 4 minutes.Peel the skin and grind them.
- In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and garlic Add tomato paste and mix well.Add all the spices.
- Let it cook on low flames till it dries.
- For chicken;
- Take 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pan & add 1 tsp garlic paste in it cook for 1 to 2 min.
- Add boneless chicken (cut in small cubes). Cook it on medium flame till it changes it's color.
- Now add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and cook for about 15 minutes till no water left.
- Chicken is ready for topping.
- Assembling:
- Take out the dough from bowl. Dust floor on slab and roll it.Cut small circles from the dough.
- Grease the baking tray with oil and place mini circles on it.
- First apply some pizza sauce on it and sprinkle some grated cheese on it.Add some chicken chunks.
- Add vegeies(capsicum, tomatoes, onions) on it. And again add grated cheese.
- Sprinkle some oregano and place black olives on top.Do same with all mini circles.
- Apply egg wash and Place the tray in preheated oven Bake them at 250° for 15 min or till done.
