  1. Prepare 3 cups Self-Raising Flour
  2. Prepare 100 gms butter/ margarine
  3. Take 1 &1/2 cups if Milk
  4. Get 1/2 cup sugar
  5. Take 1 &1/2 tbsp icing sugar for the glaze
  6. Make ready Mixed nuts chopped(optional)
  7. Prepare Mixed dry berries,fruits(optional)
  8. Prepare 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Steps to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Rub the butter & flour till it resembles bread crumbs
  2. Then bind the dough with milk, into a medium dough
  3. Let this rest for 1 hour
  4. Divide in two batches. Roll it in a round shape or a square
  5. Spread margarine with a pastry brush or butter knife.Sprinkle the sugar & cinnamon
  6. Add the fruits or berries if using
  7. Roll it like swissroll. Roll it tight. Cut thick pieces of the roll
  8. Let it rest for 15-20 mins
  9. Now after rest bake @180°c for 15-20 mins or till golden brown
  10. Let them cool & you can drizzle with icing sugar,lemon zest & milk glaze
  11. When done they should look cooked all thru or golden brown
