  4. In a mixer jar take all ingredients of pistachio layer and grind it to make a smooth paste.
  5. Heat another pan,add pistachio mixture and cook it for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture becomes slightly thick.
  6. Transfer the carrot mixture in a greased plate,spread the pistachio mixture over it and cut into pieces as per your choice.
  7. Carrot Pistachio Burfi is ready.
