Instructions to make Sesame komatsuna greens:
- Mix the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and mirin (and sake if using).
- Preheat a flat pan (with a lid for later). Add the sesame oil. It will start to smoke pretty fast. Add the greens and then add the water. Cook for 2 mins - keep stirring; the leaves wilt.
- Add the garlic/ soy/ mirin sauce. Stir well. Cover with lid and simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy π
