Steps to make Oreo Dream Delight:
  1. Brownie :. Take oil,sugar and eggs in bowl,beat for 5-6 min, Then add dry ingredients, beat on slow just to.mix all ingredients
  2. Grease pan,place butter paper, grease paper too. Transfer brownie batter in pan, sprinkle Oreo crumb on top and Bake @ 180 for 25 minutes
  3. Chocolate custard: Prepare Chocolate custard as described on pack
  4. Ore cream: Make crumb of Oreo biscuits
  5. Beat cream till soft peaks, add Oreo crumb and mix well
  6. Ganache: heat cream on double boiler till cream start bubbling from corners, remove from heat,(or microwave cream for 30 second),add chopped chocolate, leave 30 sec, mix well
  7. Assembling
  8. First layer: Take serving dish,spread brownie pieces on base, (break brownie in small chunks)
  9. Second layer: spread prepare custard, leave to set at room temperature
  10. Third layer: spread Oreo cream over custard
  11. Forth layer : spread ganache
  12. Garnish with cream and Oreo biscuits
