  1. Make ready 1 bag quinoa (approx 350g)
  2. Take 3 large tomatoes
  3. Take 6 tbsp tomato puree
  4. Make ready 2 balls mozzarella
  5. Prepare 1/3 chorizo
  6. Make ready 6 slices ham
  7. Take 1 tin pineapple
  8. Prepare Chilli flakes
  9. Take Dried oregano
  10. Make ready Oil
Steps to make Quinoa Pizza:
  1. Leave the quinoa to soak for at least 6 hours
  2. Strain, rinse and blend with chilli flakes and oregano until a smooth paste is formed. You may need to add a little water.
  3. Pre heat your oven and wipe non-stick paper with a little oil. Pour your mix over and smooth into a thin base. Your pizza can be any shape! (This may also require to bases, as it's quite a lot of mix and one baking tray might not be big enough)
  4. Cook for 5 minutes on approx 180 and then flip when starting to brown. Cook for a few more minutes and then remove from oven to add your toppings.
  5. Add tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, slices of ham, chorizo and chopped pineapple.
  6. Cook until the cheese melts, and then grill until the ham starts to brown.
  7. Remove and enjoy hot!
