- Take 250 g Gammon sliced
- Make ready 1 tbls Rice vinegar
- Get 6 tsp rice Vinegar
- Take 4 tbls pineapple juice
- Take 1 small onion chopped in rings

- Boil the gammon to take some of the salt out. Boil for about 15 minutes, take it out and rinse in cold water. Then start slicing it.in an oven dish
- In an oven dish line it with grease proof paper or foil because of the honey sticking to your dish. Add a slice of gammon one overlapping the other
- Using a tsp add half a Tsp honey to each slice. Then 1 tbls Rice vinegar sprinkle across the top
- Then add the pineapple on top all along the meat then add 4 tbls pineapple juice.
- Add the onion rings on top
- Cover with foil and cook in a preheated oven on 200C for 10 minutes then lower the heat and cook on 150C for 45 minutes.
- Just towards the end take the cover off and let it cook for the 5 minutes you have left.
- It goes lovely with New potatoes and cabbage.
