Instructions to make Airfried SweetCorn Rolls:
- Crushed sweet corn kernels coarsely in veg chopper.
- Add milk and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Cool it. Wash and soak flatten rice(poha) for few minutes. Strain and keep aside.
- In mixing bowl add cooked corn mixture, boiled potato (mashed),soaked poha,toast crumbs (or bread crumbs), salt, green chillies ginger paste, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon powder. Mix well.
- Add cashewnuts, raisins and cornflour. Mix well. Take little portion from prepared mixture, roll into 8-10 cylindrical shape rolls as shown.
- Dip each corn roll in corn slurry,coat with crushed vermicelli as shown.
- Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes at 200 temperature. Drizzle little oil on prepared corn rolls. Place in Airfryer mesh. Airfry for 15-20 minutes till crispy golden. You can deep fry also.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Airfried SweetCorn Rolls with mint corainder chutney.
