- Heat a tawa, and pour the batter from outside to inside like how we do for rava dosa. Drizzle oil and cook well until crisp.
- Carefully flip over to the other side and cook for 30 -40 sec
- Slowly fold the dosa and serve with chutney or Sambhar.
