- 15 min baad dal ko dobara wash krein aur 2 cup pani dal kar boil krne rakh dein jab boil a jaye tu oper ka white jhaag nekal dein aur dal ko medium flem par pakne dein 30 min tak jab dal gal jaye tu ghoot lein aur jitni thick rakhni hai rakh lein aur ready kar ke flame of kar dein
- Aub 1/2 cup oil main sy 3 tbsp oil alag nekal kar side kar dein
- Baki oil ko ek pan main dal kar garam krein aur onion add krein sath hi chand curry patte dalein aur zera dal kar onion golden brown kar lein
- Us ke baad ginger garlic paste add krein 2 min bhone phir red chilli powder, coriander powder, Tarmiric powder, salt add kar ke thora pani dal kar bhon lein
- Phir masale main Tomato add krein jab tomato soft ho jaye tu ache sy bhon lein oil alag ho jaye tu 2 hari mirch cut kar ke dalein thora hara dhanya aur garam masala dal kar mix kar lein
- Aub ye masala dal main add kar ke mix krein aur 5 min dal ko dam par rakh dein
- Aub dal dish out krein aur ek pan main jo oil bachaya tha wo garam krein us main baki bachi hari mirch, hara dhanya, Chand curry patte. 2 gol mirch Aur 1 pinch red chilli powder dal kar ye bhagar dish out ki hoe dal par dal dein
