  2. Blend all of the spice but leave lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves. Then fry with oil until fragrant.
  3. Put the pork steak and cook until half cooked.
  4. Put 1-2 cups of water and cook until meat is tender. Put the powdered coconut and stir well.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes and serve.
  6. You can serve with rice and salad or you can have it as a wrap with shredded lettuce and capsicum, cheese etc.
