  1. Prepare 1 cup sorghum flour
  2. Get 1 cup wheat flour
  3. Get 2 tbspn sugar

  7. Get 1 litre luke warm water
  8. Take 1 cup cooking oil
Steps to make Sorghum Chapati:
  1. Add flour in a bowl and on it add baking soda.
  2. Dilute the salt and sugar in a cup of water.
  3. Make a well in the middle of your bowl. On it add the one cup of milk and half cup of water.
  4. Start kneading to mix the flour together. Knead with your fist slowly and surely ensuring all the flour is well mixed and not soggy and again aim to get a soft dough. Incase it doesnt soften very much dont worry resting the dough works wonders.
  5. Transfer the dough to a flat surface, divide it in three equal parts, this is for easier kneading dust it to knead it well. Pour a spoonful of oil on the dough and continuea kneading. Cover the dough and let it rest for atleast 20 minutes.
  6. Take your dough and flatten it. In a 2 inch thickness. Apply more oil and divide it into equal parts.
  7. Roll each bit separately. Into a beautiful round. This is most interesting bit. You can do this with kids at home.
  8. Once you done with the rolling cover them and put your flat pan on heat.
  9. Take your small dough dusten it.
  10. Flattten it at this point to form a near circular shape.
  11. Place it on the pan and let it cook without oil. Repeat the process for all the chapatis, cook them without oil and set them aside.
  12. At this point start frying the chapatis. I prefer two by two. Place the chapatis on pan add oil on one side. Turn chapati on other and let it cook untill well browned.
  13. Store chapatis in a warm place to keep them soft.
