- Heat Cooker add oil add besan saute it
- When the colour changes add masala vegetables and half water give it 1 whistle slow it for 2 mins off the flame
- Open the lid add rest water boil it
- For Tadka heat Tadka pan add oil add cumin and mustard seed when it crackers add Curry patta and mirch. Serve hot
