  2. Heat a pan add 1-tsp ghee, cumin, saunf when starts cracking add chilli, ginger, green garlic & onion saute for a while and add carrot add salt saute continuously add tricolor chopped capsicum and cook for a while and lastly add spinach and spring onion. Cook till done.
