- Put whole chicken in a pot, add onions, little crayfish, pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, local spice extracted juice, a little potash to make it soft since it's whole and local chicken, add water above chicken level and cover to boil till dry, monitor till its left with just a little water then turn off heat.
