- Take Salt

- Prepare 1 tablespoon Miso *white type or red type
- Make ready 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Take 1 tablespoon Mirin
- Prepare 2-3 teaspoons Soy Sauce *depends on the saltiness of Miso
- Prepare 1 teaspoon grated Ginger
Instructions to make ‘Gomamiso-ae’ Brussels Sprouts & Chicken:
- Toast Sesame Seeds and grind until aromatic. Add Miso, Sugar, Mirin, Soy Sauce and Ginger, and mix well to make sauce.
- Tear Chicken Breast Fillet into 2 to 3 pieces so that it will cook quickly. Place Chicken in a heat-proof bowl, season lightly with Salt, cover with a plate, and cook for 1 minutes, turn over and cook for 1 more minutes (or less) until cooked. When cool enough, tear into strips.
- Clean and trim Brussels Sprouts, and cut them in half. Cook in the boiling salted water until soft. Drain and cool.
- Combine Chicken and Brussels Sprouts with the sauce.
