- Add in eggs. Whisk till blended.
- Add flour, b. Powder and salt. Whisk till combined.
- Pour into dish. Spread out evenly.
- Arrange washed, halved/quartered and de-stoned plums to fit snuggly over batter.
- Sprinkle over sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or till tooth pick comes out clean. Mine took a little longer.
- Serve warm with cream or cold with a nice cup of tea or coffee!
