- Slowly add the flour/ dry ingredients into the wet ingredients by folding in & mixing well. I usually pour the flour mix in by dividing it into 3-4 desperate intervals. Make sure all the ingredients have fully mixed & its a nice smooth texture.
- Refrigerate dough for apx. 15-30 min. To thicken it up & make more pliable for rolling into small rounds.
- Roll dough into little balls & roll into a small bowl of sugar. Place on parchment paper or Aluminum lined baking sheet.
- Bake @ 425°F for 7-9 min. Mine seemed perfect baking @6-7min. Makes apx. 5 dozen small cookies.
