  1. In a bowl put dried fruits and add 1/4 cup all purpose flour and toss it well to make sure all fruits are coated well and keep aside. - Take another bowl put flour, spices, orange rind powder and baking powder, then mix well and keep aside. - In another bowl beat butter and sugar till it's nicely creamed up, add one egg at a time and beat well, add flour mixture little at a time till mixed well now add orange juice and beat once to make a thick batter.
  2. Keep a medium sized cake mould ready, grease it and sprinkle flour. - In the cake mixture add dried fruits and fold in well pour in cake mould, put some walnuts, almonds and fruits on top then bake in oven on 160C till done… - Remove let it cool a bit then remove on a platter.
