- Mix altogether until well combine, now add warm water and mix with wooden spoon until the the dough loose and shaggy.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in room temperature about 12 hours.
- Transfer the dough in a floured table, fold the dough many times and add 3/4 cup multi grain and pull the edges until the dough become thick to make ball. (if the dough is loose you can add flour)
- Shape the dough as ball, sprinkle flour cover and rest in warm place for 30 min.
- Preheat the oven 200° for 20 min, mean while keep the dough in greased bread baking tray and spread remaining grains on the top, slightly press, and brush melted butter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 min.
